    Dallas Real Estate

Dallas, is the third largest city in Texas and the ninth largest city in USA. The city has more shopping centers per person than any other major U.S. city and 4 times the number of restaurants per person than the city of New York. Dallas Real Estate is truly an investment in growth and culture. The center of real estate is the city itself, encompassing over 380 square miles. Dallas Real Estate offers an exciting lifestyle with a taste of southwestern charm, historical ambiance, and modern business climate.

Globally, the real estate industry is witnessing a boom and almost every other place in this world has come under its spell. Dallas Real Estate is also witnessing huge activity as the number of real estate developers in the city has gone up remarkably. In the 1980s, Dallas was a real estate hotbed, with the population increasing and the demand for housing and jobs soaring along with it. Downtown Dallas's largest buildings are the fruit of this boom, but over-speculation and the savings and loan crisis knocked the area to its knees. Between the late 1980s and the early 2000s, Dallas suffered a lengthy recession and has only recently bounced back, like much of the country, the real estate market has improved significantly in recent years.

The real estate scenario in Dallas is quite impressive as a number of agencies offering real estate agents in the city have come to the fore. Also, a number of home architects in the city are offering their expertise as the real estate scenario here witnesses a huge increase. The presence of a number of building contractors in the city has also added new dimension to the budding housing industry in the city.
